Yes, bought for 80k, sold (quick) for 100k+20 ectos...

...happy with the quick profit, but feel like the price could've gone higher...maybe just because I found a buyer so quickly.

Hmm seems about right. High strenth reqs are not that desirable so to get 300k is very good.
